Refund Policy
Effective April 20, 2026
Subscription-Based Service
GJ Smashers is billed on a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated price and interval until you cancel. Because access to the Service begins immediately upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page or by emailing support@gjtrades.com. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that period ends. No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
When We May Issue a Refund
Refunds are discretionary and evaluated case-by-case. We are most likely to issue a full or partial refund in these situations:
- A duplicate charge caused by a billing system error.
- A charge placed after a valid cancellation was submitted but not processed through no fault of yours.
- Extended service outage attributable to us that prevented meaningful use of the platform during the billing period.
- Any situation required by applicable consumer-protection law.
When We Typically Decline a Refund
- Dissatisfaction with analysis, setups, or trading outcomes. The platform provides informational analysis only and we cannot guarantee trading results.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date when cancellation was available via the Account page throughout the prior period.
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@gjtrades.com from the email on your account, include the charge date and last four digits of the payment method, and describe the reason. We aim to respond within five business days and to complete approved refunds within seven to ten business days after approval.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve billing concerns directly before a chargeback is filed. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated. Undisputed balances and future access may be affected by the outcome.
Free Trials and Promotions
Promotional pricing, trials, and discounts are subject to their own stated terms. Unless otherwise specified, cancellation rules under this policy apply to promotional subscriptions as well.
